Not any more. Thanks to this handy little tip from the Lawtech Guru Blogger, Jeff Beard, which details simple directions (just 2 steps!) on how to open a second window in Outlook, complete with a screen capture showing how, my toggling days are behind me.
One note: the blog post says that this capability exists in Outlook 2007. I am still running Outlook 2003 (don't get me started) and it works equally well in there.
